Partners must ensure their venue listings are truthful, up-to-date, and accurate, including pricing, availability, and descriptions of amenities. Partners are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and safety requirements relating to their venues.
6. Booking Terms
When you book a venue through Spazio, you agree to the specific terms set by the venue, including usage guidelines, pricing, and cancellation policies. The contract for the booking is directly between the customer and the venue partner.
7. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our platform using trusted payment processors. Partners will receive payouts within the agreed timeframe after the booking is complete, minus applicable commissions or fees.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or upload harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt or abuse Spazio’s systems or services.
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial activity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software on Spazio are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Spazio is a platform connecting users with venues and does not guarantee any bookings or outcomes. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the platform or venues.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of Spazio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
