Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Each venue partner sets their own cancellation terms, which are clearly displayed on their listing. This policy outlines general guidelines to ensure fairness.

 

2. Cancellation by Guest

    • Flexible Policy: Guests receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before the booking start time.
    • Moderate Policy: Guests receive a 50% refund if they cancel at least 48 hours before the booking.
    • Strict Policy: No refunds if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the booking start.
      Always review the specific cancellation terms on the venue’s listing before booking.

 

3. Cancellation by Partner

Venue partners may cancel a booking only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund. Repeated cancellations by partners may result in penalties or suspension.

 

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation or notice, the booking fee is non-refundable.

 

5. Refund Process

Refunds approved under this policy will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.

 

6. Force Majeure

Cancellations caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions may qualify for full refunds or credits, subject to review.
